Communities:
For over 40 years Robert Young Communities
has been a leader in the Tri-Cities real estate industry
relying upon our integrity and fairness to earn the wonderful
reputation that we have today. We are committed to the
quality of life in the Tri-Cities as shown by our continued
support of local charities, events and programs.
In 2000 we enjoyed being the main sponsor
of the Tri-Cities Air show, which featured the U.S.
Air Force Thunderbirds . We also continued our 30+ year
tradition of supporting the Columbia Cup Hydroplane
Race. And we continually support the Benton Franklin
Humane Society.
In the past 40 years we have built over
2000 apartment units and over 2,000 residential lots.
Today we continue to be active in the market with plans
for more apartment and residential development.
